DIRECTIONS:

Blue Rock Station is situated on 38 acres in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains in south eastern Ohio.  We are located more or less halfway between Zanesville and McConnelsville (as if that helps at all).  While our address says Philo, Ohio - we are actually a few miles outside of that small village and much closer to Gaysport (also known as Blue Rock).

From Columbus:

Head east on Interstate 70 until you reach Zanesville.  Take the Rt 60 exit, heading south.

From Zanesville:

Follow Rt. 60 south towards McConnelsville.  About 6 miles past Duncan Falls, you will arrive in Gaysport, little more than a crossroad with a convenience store (Green Acres).

From Gaysport:

Cross the bridge on your right just a hundred feet or so past the filling station (this is a large bridge that crosses the Muskingum River, a scenic river that has been on your right since you left Zanesville).

On the far side of the bridge, turn left.  Travel about ½ mile until you see a large two-story white building directly in front of you.  There is a sign on that building pointing you up the hill towards Blue Rock Station.

We are located about 2 miles on your left (1190 Virginia Ridge Road).

From McConnelsville:

Head north on SR 60.  About 14 miles or so after leaving McConnelsville, you will enter the little village of Gaysport.  Look for the bridge (it will be on your left).  Cross the bridge and follow the directions listed above in “From Gaysport.”

A note about MapQuest:

For some reason MapQuest likes to send people on a merry chase along lightly traveled back roads on their way to Blue Rock Station.  Trust us, you will be much better off following the directions above.
